Come discover your True Colors. True Colors is a model for understanding yourself and others based on your personality temperament. The colors of Orange, Green, Blue and Gold are used to differentiate the four central personality styles of True Colors. Each of us has a combination of these True Colors that make up our personality spectrum, usually with one of the styles being the most dominant. True Colors works because it is based on true principles and easy to remember and use – in all kinds of circumstances – from personal relationships to professional success. Take the test and learn what your True Colors are.

With just a few tips and good planning, plus learning how to relax and take things in stride, this workshop will regenerate your perspective.

Being able to juggle a busy schedule is a fundamental skill of successful leaders. This workshop will show you how to get organized so you can utilize your time more efficiently. This workshop will also help participants view time budgeting as a valuable leadership skill rather than an absolute way of life, as well as help you identify your priorities and how to maximize your time to accommodate your primary goals

Recruiting new members and keeping members motivated all year should be a concern of all groups. It is often problematic, since motivation levels may decrease after initial start-up excitement. This workshop focuses on practical strategies to get fellow students excited about joining your group and sustaining motivation levels over time.
