The book discussions will be facilitated by Dr. Barbara Lovenheim, Professor Emeritus of English at Monroe Community College. Dr. Lovenheim will also present short introductory lectures prior to each discussion in order to provide background information concerning each book.

Dr. Lovenheim has taught an array of literature classes at several institutes of higher education, including MCC, Dartmouth College, St. John Fisher College, and Syracuse University, and has received several awards for her teaching abilities. She also has considerable experience leading group discussions and frequently writes reviews for local publications.
