Head Coach:
Tara Jehlen (14th year; 281-149)
Coach Jehlen is entering her 14th season as head volleyball coach at Monroe Community College. A three-time Regional Coach of the Year (2005, 2008, and 2010), Jehlen led the Tribunes to a Region III championship and the team's first NJCAA national tournament appearance in 2006. The 2011 team reached the Region III tournament and finished with a 29-14 record.
Jehlen played at the University of Pittsburgh on a full scholarship as both a defensive specialist and as a setter. Jehlen has previously coached with the Primo Volleyball Club and more recently with the VolleyFX Club. She is also an adjunct instructor of Health and Physical Education at MCC.

Assistant Coach: Katie Cahill
Cahill is in her second stint with MCC. She assisted head coach Tara Jehlen previously for three years. Cahill graduated from Rush-Henrietta in 1995 and received a full athletic scholarship to Marshall University in West Virginia. She later transferred to the University of Buffalo to play. She has also previously coached club volleyball. Cahill gets along well with the players and is able to constructively criticize and instruct in a manner that is received well.
